Hired by potential buyer as consultant to evaluate firm with $5M asking price but three years of consecutive losses. Analyzed assets, market niche, P&L statements and overhead costs. Determined fair market value was only $300K, the price the buyer eventually paid to purchase the company.

The Kansas City division was losing money, only producing $600K per month. I took over operations, restructuring team and increasing performance standards. Improved revenues to $2.5M per month. Profits went from a loss of $100K to profits of $750K per month.

Startup Leadership

A startup telecom construction firm needed sales and debt & equity financing. Secured $100M with Credit Swiss First Boston as investment banker with telecom fund. Negotiated contract with MN to use rights-of-way on highways. Launched sales program, turning $156M in 12 months.
